The Body in Motion: An Awesome Exercise for a Potentially Awesome Selfie

The body in motion.

Use a partner for this one. Have them take photographs of you as do this.

Also, if you can, go outside, or at least somewhere with more safe.

Do the following:

Spin in a circle!

Jump up and down!

Run away and back again.

Shake out your arms.

Shake out your legs.

Do your best dance.

Strike ten poses.

Strike ten poses.

Do everything you can with your body (and mind) to feel as uninhibited and free as possible.

Think about what you did in exercise one. What are you feeling right now, what is most important to you, and how can you express or counteract this in the most authentic way possible.

If you’re the type, this is the time to do something funny.
